Quality Control
Four-stage on-site inspection protocol that catches defects before they become shipments.
How It Works
01
Pre-Production Inspection
Verification of raw materials, components, and packaging before production begins — ensuring inputs meet specification before they enter the line.
02
Inline Inspection
On-site inspection at 30–50% production completion to identify and correct systemic defects before the full run is affected.
03
Pre-Shipment AQL Sampling
Statistical sampling inspection against AQL 2.5 / 4.0 standards with full photographic documentation and a formal pass/fail report.
04
Container Loading Supervision
Physical presence during loading to verify carton counts, condition, and correct FCL or LCL loading — preventing substitution and damage claims.
Our Approach
Quality control that happens after goods arrive is damage control. Ours happens while there is still time to fix it.
We place inspectors on-site at every critical milestone. Each inspection generates a documented report — photos, measurements, AQL results — shared with you in real time. Nothing is summarised away.
When defects are found, we manage the remediation directly with the factory: rework, replacement, or price adjustment. You receive resolution, not explanation.
